I could be wrong, but ive read in a few places that the Amarr used to be really kickass, then it was brought down by nerfs. Im just curious, if this was true, what about them made them so good? Were resists less effective back then? or was nos les...

Go search for it on wikipedia, type in eve online ships or something. It doesnt have the newer revelation ships though (Tier 3 bs, tier 2 bc) but i think thats what you're talking about

Well like I said i have intentions to be a rail user, so drake/raven aside, if i dont cross train gallente ill probably go for the tech 2 caldari rail ships. It might take longer to reach as my skills are still pretty low, but i guess i have no ch...

What i dont like about caldari is its dependence on missiles for pretty much everything. I started playing with the intention of being a caldari rail user, but it just seems that all caldari rail boats suck (merlin/moa/ferox) i condisder the scorp...

Well, one of the stronger factors that made me chose the scorp was because of its price. So maybe until i make more money, ill aim for the scorp first.
